Dalam arahannya, Gubernur menegaskan bahwa jabatan kepala sekolah merupakan amanah strategis dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ia meminta para kepala sekolah tidak hanya berperan sebagai administrator, tetapi juga menjadi pemimpin pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan mutu siswa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Menurutnya, tantangan pendidikan di NTT masih cukup besar, mulai dari kesenjangan mutu hingga rendahnya literasi dan numerasi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Karena itu, kinerja kepala sekolah harus terukur melalui peningkatan prestasi siswa, penurunan angka putus sekolah, dan kepercayaan masyarakat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gubernur juga mendorong pemanfaatan hasil asesmen seperti TKA, penguatan program One School One Product (OSOP), serta kemitraan SMK dengan dunia usaha agar lulusan lebih siap kerja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selain itu, ia menekankan pentingnya integritas dalam pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan dan memastikan seluruh kepala sekolah bekerja secara transparan dan akuntabel.<\/span><\/p>\n
