Tanah berbatu, licin saat hujan, dan sulit dilalui kendaraan. Padahal, jalan ini menjadi urat nadi aktivitas harian warga, termasuk tenaga kesehatan dan aparat keamanan yang melayani masyarakat di wilayah tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Tokoh masyarakat setempat, Corunus Tuan, mengaku kecewa dengan sikap pemerintah kota yang seolah menutup mata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cJalan ini kami buka sendiri tahun 2020 dengan gotong royong, supaya warga tidak terisolasi. Tapi sampai sekarang belum ada kelanjutan dari pemerintah. Fokus pembangunan masih terlalu berat ke pusat kota,\u201d ujar Corunus, Senin (20\/10\/2025).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Kritik juga datang dari Ketua RW 003 Kelurahan Bello, yang membenarkan kondisi jalan yang masih berupa tanah hingga kini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cKami sudah berbuat. Sekarang giliran pemerintah. Jalan ini penting bagi pelayanan publik, termasuk akses petugas kesehatan dan warga yang membawa hasil pertanian,\u201d ujarnya tegas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Warga menilai, pemerintah belum serius dalam mewujudkan pemerataan infrastruktur, terutama di wilayah perbatasan kota. Meski berada dalam batas administratif Kota Kupang, akses jalan Bello\u2013Atonifui seperti luput dari perhatian.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Buruknya kondisi jalan bukan hanya menghambat mobilitas warga, tetapi juga mengancam keselamatan, terutama di musim hujan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Hal ini terbukti dari dokumentasi pada Senin (20\/10\/2025), saat dua petugas kesehatan dari Puskesmas Sikumana, yang dikawal Babinsa Kelurahan Bello, Serka TNI AD Frans, harus melintasi jalan tanah berbatu demi menjangkau pasien di RT 007\/RW 003.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Warga berharap ada langkah nyata dari Pemkot Kupang. Minimal, dilakukan pengerasan atau pelapisan jalan (lapen), agar akses vital ini bisa layak digunakan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cKami tidak minta jalan mulus seperti di pusat kota.
