Sekitar pukul 09.00 WITA, saya bersama seorang tante menyalakan sepeda motor tua, meluncur pelan menuju Rumah Sakit Jiwa (RSJ) Naimata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\"> Di tangan tante, sebuah termos berisi air panas dan bekal makan siang sederhana: tanda kasih sayang yang tulus untuk salah satu ponakan kami, pasien ODGJ yang baru sehari menjalani perawatan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">Perjalanan tak sampai 20 menit. Begitu memasuki gerbang RSJ, suasana senyap menyambut. Gedung-gedung kokoh berdiri, namun halaman terasa lengang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\"> Beberapa pasien tampak berjalan pelan, sebagian duduk termenung di bangku taman. Ada rasa asing sekaligus hening yang menyelimuti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">Setelah melapor di resepsionis, kami diarahkan ke Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD). Di ruang berukuran sekitar lima kali lima meter itu, ponakan kami terbaring ditemani ibunya. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">Hanya ada tiga ranjang besi dua beralas kasur tipis, satu lainnya kosong tanpa alas. Cahaya matahari menembus lewat enam jendela besar berterali besi, menghadirkan terang sekaligus bayangan keheningan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">Seorang satpam berbadan tegap mengantar kami masuk, lalu pintu besi dikunci kembali dari luar. Dari balik gembok itu, <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">ruang semakin terasa asing. Ada kamar mandi kecil tanpa pintu di pojok, menambah rasa sempit sekaligus kaku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">Kami hanya bisa duduk, hadir dalam diam. Ponakan kami lebih banyak tertidur. Sesekali ia terbangun sebentar, cukup untuk meneguk teh hangat yang disodorkan perawat, lalu kembali terlelap. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">Hampir satu jam kami menunggu tanpa banyak kata, tanpa banyak interaksi. Di ruang sunyi itu, waktu seolah berjalan lambat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;\">Ketika pamit, satpam kembali membuka pintu besi. Kami melangkah keluar, meninggalkan ruang hening dengan hati yang berat.
