Dua aspek ini menjadi kunci dalam mencegah anemia\u2014penyakit yang kerap mengintai remaja putri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Gizi Seimbang: Fondasi Remaja yang Aktif dan Produktif<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Di era serba cepat seperti sekarang, godaan makanan instan dan gaya hidup tidak sehat sangat besar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Banyak remaja lebih memilih makanan cepat saji yang minim gizi, padahal tubuh mereka sedang dalam fase pertumbuhan yang pesat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Untuk menunjang perkembangan otak, hormon, dan daya tahan tubuh, remaja perlu mengonsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Program &#8220;Isi Piringku&#8221; dari pemerintah memberikan panduan praktis: piring makan harus terdiri dari 1\/3 sayuran, 1\/3 karbohidrat kompleks seperti nasi merah atau gandum, 1\/6 lauk berprotein (hewani atau nabati), dan 1\/6 buah berwarna-warni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Tak kalah penting, zat besi sangat dibutuhkan, terutama bagi remaja putri yang mulai menstruasi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Kekurangan zat besi dapat menyebabkan anemia, yang membuat tubuh mudah lelah, lesu, dan sulit konsentrasi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Memahami Siklus Menstruasi: Langkah Awal Menjadi Rematri Cerdas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Menstruasi adalah proses alami yang dialami setiap perempuan remaja. Siklus ini terjadi setiap 21\u201335 hari dan terdiri dari fase menstruasi, folikular, ovulasi, dan luteal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Setiap fase membawa perubahan hormon dan fisik yang bisa memengaruhi emosi maupun kesehatan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Edukasi mengenai siklus ini penting, agar remaja tidak merasa takut atau bingung menghadapi perubahan tubuhnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Namun, menstruasi juga membuat remaja putri lebih rentan mengalami anemia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Hal ini disebabkan kehilangan darah setiap bulan, yang jika tidak diimbangi dengan asupan zat besi yang cukup, dapat menurunkan kadar hemoglobin dalam darah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Tablet Tambah Darah: Langkah Kecil yang Berdampak Besar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Pemerintah melalui program UKS telah menggalakkan pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) bagi remaja putri usia 12\u201318 tahun. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">TTD harus diminum satu kali seminggu selama setahun penuh. Agar penyerapannya maksimal, TTD sebaiknya diminum bersama air putih dan makanan kaya vitamin C, seperti jeruk atau jambu biji. Hindari mengonsumsi TTD dengan teh, kopi, atau susu karena dapat menghambat penyerapan zat besi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 17px; font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Sayangnya, masih banyak remaja yang menganggap remeh pentingnya TTD.
