Kupang,mwartapedis.com – <\/span>Penerangan161 Dalam rangka menjaga kebugaran dan daya tahan tubuh di era pandemi Covid ini, warga Korem 161\/Wira Sakti gelar olah raga sepeda santai dipimpin langsung oleh Komandan Korem 161\/Wira Sakti Brigjen TNI Legowo W.R. Jatmiko, S.I.P,.M.M dengan start dari Rumah Sakit Tentara (RST) Wira Sakti, menelusuri jalan-jalan alternatif dan finish nya di lapangan RST Wira Sakti. Sabtu (11\/06\/2021).<\/span><\/p>\n

” Sepeda santai ini diselenggarakan dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat di era pandemi Covid ini krna kita juga harus sering berolahraga. Ada banyak manfaat dari bersepeda, seperti memperkuat tulang, mengurangi tingkat kecemasan, stres, depresi, menguatkan otot dan fleksibiltasnya meningkatkan mobilitas sendi, hingga mengurangi timbunan lemak dalam tubuh.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Demikian disampaikan Pjs. Kepala Penerangan Korem 161\/Wira Sakti Kapten Inf Dafrian, S.S. dalam release tertulisnya, Sabtu ( 11\/06) di Kupang.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201dSebelum pelaksanaan, terlebih dahulu setiap peserta dilaksanakan pengecekan suhu tubuh, cuci tangan dan tensi dari personel Denkesyah 09.04.01 Kupang. Kemudian dilaksanakan senam pemanasan yang dipimpin oleh anggota Jasrem 161\/Wira Sakti,\u201d ungkap Pjs. Kapenrem 161\/WS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Route sepeda santai kali ini mengambil Start dari RST Wira Sakti – Polda NTT – Kantor Gubernur – Bundaran PU – Hotel Sasando – Cek poin di Bondi Cafe – dan Finish di depan Rumah Sakit Tentara (RST) dengan jarak tempuh 16,8 km.<\/span><\/p>\n
